I love and enjoy my grandchildren. I trust you take a moment soon to be with some of those important people in your life.
Have a great weekend, friends!
I'm in the process of writing my new book - and pretty dog-gone excited about it! Today, I'm inviting you to follow along as I blog about how it's going with the writing, as well as, share bits of my text. So, I ask you to participate by sharing your comments and suggestions. (Also, any words of encouragement received from fellow writers are most welcome.)

These are trying times for so many of us. I am recording my life into recovery and wellness. And with that, I am passing along things I did as self-help. For one thing, I sought out ways to change my thought-life. Louise Hay and others feed me with nourishment I desperately needed when I needed it. Positive thoughts gave me my life back, transformed. Best wishes for you and the life you desire . . . http://youtu.be/3LMaE2EWgDM My new book, A Brand New Day, tells how I live a successful life while living with depression. I have lived with depression for 20 years. Most of those years have been living a full life of wellness. Those first years were difficult to say the least. There were certain things people could say that really supported me in my struggle to recover and find the wellness that I enjoy today. If you have a friend or loved one living with depression I assure you that he/she can never hear these words enough: I have many cherished friends living with major, "invisible" health challenges. Everyday they work very hard to prevent others from knowing of their struggles. They work to "pass" as being just another face in the crowd. |
